Powder coating is a new type of coating, different from solvent-based coating. It is characterized by being solvent-free and pollution-free. It uses the principle of static electricity to evenly adsorb tiny particles of powder coating on the surface of the carrier, and then forms a stable coating film after heating. According to the curing principle, it can be divided into thermoplastic powder coating and thermosetting powder coating.
Powder coating is generally used for spraying metal surfaces such as home appliances or automotive accessories (such as car wheels), so the blackness of carbon black is not too high, and medium-pigment carbon black is generally used.
