Cool Relief on Sweltering Days, Deep Care Warms the Frontline-News

As the scorching heat persists day after day, front-line workers holding their posts under high temperatures face a real test. To strengthen summer heat-stroke prevention and cooling measures, safeguard employees’ health, and ensure safe and stable production during the hot season, on the afternoon of August 6, Zhang Zhijing, General Manager of Anhui Black Cat, together with Liu Hongxia, Director of the Trade Union Women Staff Committee, visited the production workshop to deliver a "Summer Coolness" care initiative, handing out supplies such as salted soda water and watermelons to workers on duty.

At the production site, they personally handed watermelons and salted drinks to each employee, inspected working conditions in the workshop, and asked about the workers’ physical well-being. They also reminded everyone that while maintaining production schedules, they must not overlook heat prevention—they should balance work and rest, strictly follow safety protocols, and avoid heatstroke, thus passing the company’s genuine care directly to the front line.

"We truly appreciate that the company leadership keeps us frontline workers in their hearts!" said the production manager on behalf of all workshop employees in thanks, adding that they would turn this care into motivation, overcome the difficulties brought by the heat, and complete all production tasks on schedule and with high quality.
